It’s Warrior Wednesday.

I’m so excited to share with you my new blog, Fitness & Fashion!
I made a decision last month to fully transform for my lifestyle by getting in the gym. It seemed like a easy decision but, it required a lot of obedience and discipline. I never been the type of guy to go to the gym. Growing up I was a very skinny fellow.  I was always cautious of my food intake because I was very picky but as I grew older I started to gain weight.
Once I move to LA two and a half years, I became interested in living healthy and being physically fit for purpose. I started my health journey with juicing. I notice the difference in my body by obtaining the right nutrition through these powerful liquids. I have now put it in full gear. I am consistent in the gym 5 days a week.  After the first week, I notice a change in my energy level, focus, and longevity. It made me feel really good about this lifestyle transformation. 

I also noticed how the weight was thinning out and my body begin to tone and show definition. So now, it was time to figure out the diet portion of healthy living. This was challenging because I enjoyed lots of fried foods, soda, junk foods, and sweets. During my first week focusing on my diet, I ate oatmeal with strawberries and bananas and turkey bacon several time a day. I made it a point to be aware of my food intake. I wanted to be sure that I was getting the correct amount of nutrients – protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals needed to maintain good health.
This week, I started a challenge to become a vegan. I am on day 3 of this experience and it feel great. My goal is to be the greatest version of myself during this journey. 
Always remember, clothing is supposed to enhance your outer image, but fitness helps you become more alert and aware of your body and how powerful you are.  It's all about the mindset.  If you change your perspective, you can change your life.  I want to challenge you today to find a fitness programs that works for you so that you can maintain good health.
